The Building Squad Ventures was born from the need to give visibility and promote the ConTech sector, one of the least known verticals in the world of startups and with less investment by business angels and venture capital traditional in Spain. We want the entrepreneurs and visionaries who are redefining the construction sector to have the chance to take their projects to another level and connect them with the Spanish and international construction ecosystem.

We are specialized in ConTech projects, which includes PropTech, BuiltTech, UrbanTech and GreenTech as the startup verticals that are related to construction tech. Mainly, we look for projects in the following areas:

We have a large pool of investors specialized in the construction sector as well as large corporations that are willing to provide capital, support and expertise to contech startups. We invest under the concept of smartmoney and expertmoney, that is, we not only provide capital, we look for the ideal investor for each project beyond the financial aspect.

Specific training

TBSV has one of the largest networks of construction specialists as well as close contact with universities and technical training centers. This allows us to offer medium training in multiple areas (BIM, Digital Twin Models, New Business Models, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, etc.) with top-level speakers and professors.
